According to latest rumors, the upcoming NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 series “Ada” GPUs now get more details. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 will feature with 24GB GDDR6X memory, RTX 4080 Ti will feature with 20GB GDDR6X memory, RTX 4080 will feature with 16GB GDDR6X memory, RTX 4070 will feature with 16GB GDDR6 memory, RTX 4060 will feature with 12GB GDDR6 memory.
And according to rumors, RTX 4090 TDW will be around 600W, RTX 4080 TDW will be around 350W, RTX 4070 TDW will be around 250W. Stay tuned for more info.
